TELECOMMUNICATIONS EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM (TERT)

T.E.R.T. shall be utilized to supplement the SJSO COMM CTR or COMM CTR of other L.E. agencies during critical incidents or unusual occurrences. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Additional personnel to assist in the Communications Center during disasters either natural or manmade.
• Respond to Mutual Aid requests.
• Mobilize and train with Field Force, SWAT, CNT and other specialty teams as requested.
• Participate as needed in Public Relations Activities.
